After receiving a late diagnosis of Combined ADHD herself, Sam has first hand experience of how crippling ADHD and its comorbidities can be to your everyday life.
That's why she now wants to help fellow Neurodivergent Coaches and Therapists with their workload, feel less stressed by the boring tasks and begin enjoying their career again!

how it works

First step is to book a discovery call or send a direct message via Instagram/Facebook.
The discovery call isn't just about learning about what services I offer, but also what you feel your business needs are, what your strengths are, and what you may need support with.
After the call an onboarding document will be sent to you via email to confirm what was during the call, what services would be suitable for you and a quote. You will also receive an invoice and contract along with this.

Once the contract is signed, the invoice has been paid and we have a start date, we can get to work on helping your business. Whether this be in Social Media or Administration tasks.
We do this by having a "kick off" call, which is very similar to the discovery call, however this time is focused more on your business. We create a set of goals you aim to achieve during our time working together and have regular contact to ensure these are still valid or re-evaluate if either of us feel they need changing.

Once all actions and pointers have been put into place, you can focus solely on the part of your business you enjoy the most. Leave behind all of the repetitive tasks you drown in daily.
When it comes to the end of the contract, you can decide whether to continue and sign for a longer contract, or if you feel confident in how you have progressed and no longer need the help of a VA, our contract will ed on the date specified on the original contract.
